Dear athlete,

This year, the Senior Games will be organized in September 2009 in the Dutch province Zeeland, and an estimated 4.500 athletes 50 years and older from all over Europe are expected to join.
Participants will compete during this Multi-sport Event in no less than 22 major sports. This event is the first of its kind in Europe, a unique opportunity for the Netherlands.

Athletics is one of the main sports in the Senior Games 2009 program. Beneath one can find the specific information concerning the athletics competition.

Conditions.
The Senior Games athletics will be governed by EVAA rules, www.EVAA.nu with the exception of the classification in age groups.
